“It was a great pleasure to stay at the Guest House. Remo is the most friendly owner we have ever met! Every morning he offered us a good cup of coffee with a crossaint. “Only good things to say about this guesthouse. We choose it for it's location near the Termini station, 2 minutes away, but we found a cosy room, with new furniture and everything was very clean and tight. The size of the room( we had a duble room) is enough for a couple to feel comfortable. We even had tea and coffee in the room, and disposable slippers. The host, Remo, was very kind and helpful.”

“On our first stay (4 nights) I was apprehensive entering the foyer having never been to an old city. Ignore the street impression! Also, don't miss the lift (elevator) at the bottom of the stairs. It's only on the first floor but it is a real workout if you have heavy bags. The host and his son are wonderful people. The host is caring, considerate, and of great humour. They have good English but I think they enjoyed my attempts to say a bit of Italian. The room and ensuite are pleasant to the eye, very clean, and functional. The bed is really comfortable and the pillows are great, with a couple of good quality types to choose from to suit. The location is perfect! There's easy access to transport, restaurants, shops, and sites. For sites further away, use the subway. It's near the Termini (central station) which is only a block away. Avoid taxis like the plague. The tourist tax (rip off) is 300%. We're back at the end of our holiday and it was a relief when walking into the room. I relaxed instantly and the host was very gracious in letting us in even though we ran a smidge late. If/when I come back to Rome, this is the only place for me. Reasonable prices with much higher value of service and accom.”
